30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item as per our return policy. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without a reason.

To qualify for this, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
